[EL] Watch National Popular Vote bill being debated on house floor in Rhode Island right now

Folks,

I thought some people might like to see real debate on reform as it happens
in the states -- showing the seriousness that state legislators take their
responsibility when debating the National  Popular Vote plan. Watch the
Rhode Island house debate:

Note that:

* The Rhode Island state senate passed the bill this afternoon 30-4, with
90% of Democrats voting yes and 75% of Republicans voting yes
* The New York Assembly passed the National Popular Vote bill yesterday by
100-40, with another strong vote from legislators in both parties
