[EL] Further action from Arizona

The Arizona AG seems to think so -- or, at least, that was the clear
tenor of the press release yesterday
<https://www.azag.gov/press-release/ag-tom-horne-us-supreme-court-decision-shows-ultimate-path-arizona-victory>,
entitled "US Supreme Court Decision Shows Ultimate Path For Arizona
Victory." Tough to tell whether that's spin or litigation commitment.
FWIW, I think that barring Congressional action, further rounds are
likely to be quite a bit rockier
<http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/comments/index.php?ID=10825> for
Arizona than the handicapping in much of the early press.
