Apparently there is at least one precinct in Randall County, Texas, where part of the precinct also lies inside the city limits of Amarillo. This usually is not a problem, but this time there was a little confusion.

I know precincts do not cross county (or parish) lines, but is anyone aware of other places where part of the precinct is in a municipality and part is outside the municipality.

For your reference, about 1/3rd of Amarillo lies in Potter County and 2/3rds is in Randall County.

Thanks.

Dave
