[EL] EAC Commissioners and the filibuster change

Does anyone know if the filibuster change will mean that the President's
nominations for the EAC (Myrna Perez and Tom Hicks) will be able to be
approved now? And if that will have an effect on the Kansas/Arizona
litigation?
