[EL] Reminder: AALS Section on Election Law

This is a friendly reminder to election law professors who will not be able
to attend the AALS Annual Conference in January that, if you are
supportive, we would really appreciate you mailing in a signed petition to
create a new Section on Election Law.  The petition is attached.  Please
also walk it around to others on your faculty who teach or write in this
area (i.e., most constitutional law professors qualify).  We need to ensure
we have enough signatures for AALS to create the new section.

There will be an Open Session at the AALS Annual Meeting for those who
would to discuss this and sign the petition in person.

You can mail the petition back to me at the address below.
