[EL] Cuccinelli: No conflict for AG's office to preside over election

I used to work with a former Virginia AG who had resigned to run for
another high-profile elected position. He told me that the tradition in
Virginia was for the AG to step down if he was running for another job.
It seems this tradition has gone the way of many traditional things.
