My apologies for the delay in replying.

I'm one of the lawyers in Jones v Deininger. Our case challenging
Wisconsin's photo ID law under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, as well
as the ACLU's legal challenge to the law under Section 2 as well as under
the U.S. Constitution, is currently scheduled to go to trial the week of
Nov. 4 before U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman in Milwaukee.

The case, which was first filed back in Feb. 2012, has been in abeyance for
a year due to the injunctions issued against the law in the state court
cases, which are in varying stages of appeal in the state courts.

I am more than happy to provide further information. Let me know if you have
any questions.

-Denise

This refers to Jones v Deininger, that is being heard in conjunction with
Frank v Walker. The trial starts November 4.
