[EL] Limits to Disclosure, Delaware Style

Yes, hearty congratulations are in order to celebrate the hard work of
Allen and Zac. There must be a limit to the all encompassing, 24/7
busybody disruption of the political privacy of our citizens known as
disclosure. Great work here; may it lead to permanent relief!
