Did I miss the portion of the article in which the author cites a merger of
a "blue" corporation, the merger sought by which was approved by the Obama
administration? Because to argue mergers have been selectively targeted for
opposition by the administration based on the "red" politics of the
corporations involved would presumably require examples of approved "blue"
corporation mergers.
Also, I am unfamiliar with the "Democrat National Committee" of which the
author writes.
