It seems Ron Paul's group will be the next to challenge compelled
disclosure for right-leaning Tea Party organizations. Dan Backer's client,
TPLF, will not be alone.

Whether the article mentions it or not, the question of whether Ron Paul's
Campaign for Liberty is entitled to a disclosure exemption under the *Socialist
Workers* line of cases will be on the table -- public disclosure or
in-camera disclosure, no matter; FEC or IRS disclosure, no matter.
I, of course, have been beating the drum for this to happen since 2011.

I'd tell you I am glad to see it is happening now -- and I am. But I often
wonder why it takes the Right so long to know what it is up against; so
long to swing into action. You'd never see this kind of hesitancy on the
Left. Never.
