[EL] Question on State Aggregate Limits

With McCutcheon nullifying the federal aggregate limits have any of the
states with aggregate limits revoked theirs, or will those need to be
challenged on a state by state basis?
Some examples:
MD at 24K
MA at 12.5K
RI at 10K
NY at 150K
