[EL] Duplicate registration compact

[Edward Still]

I searched the Election Law Blog and the listserv entries for a story I
thought I remembered seeing about a state withdrawing from the interstate
compact to crosscheck voter registration files. Is this a false memory? Or
is there a story about this recently?
