[EL] In #MSSEN Challenge with Republican Party, McDaniel Apparently Cites No Evidence of Voter Fraud

A (and perhaps the only) reasonable interpretation of the rule is the
Republican National Convention will not seat delegates elected in
contravention of the rule. There is no reason the nominee of a state party
-- even for federal office -- is subject to this rule.

Perhaps our GOP rules mavens can explain this to us.
