Still not an election law case, but still very interesting.
Enter a lawyer who defended high-profile Republicans and "who describes
himself as a 'Lyndon Johnson Democrat.' "(NYT) Hmm... there could be an
election law angle there, since LBJ used law and lawyers to steal
election to the U.S. Senate.So ethical.
Ok, if trying to boot an elected official always counts as election law,
this is election law. - dah
