[EL] Problem with blog

A few listserv members have emailed me over the past hour to say that they
were having the same problem -- not only on the Election Law Blog, but also
on some other blogs.  The issue now seems to be resolved, but if anyone is
still experiencing problems when they go to the blog, please email me.
