[EL] query---petitions in the Purcell case

   I'm trying to get a copy of Arizona's petition and the other petition initially filed in the Supreme Court in the case of Purcell v. Gonzalez, 549 U.S. 1 (2006). They are not on line that I can find and the Supreme Court clerk's office is directing us to the National Archives.

Does anyone have them?
