[EL] official listing of VRA-"mandated" majority minority districts?

Hi all--

in a discussion, this question came up:  is there an "official" listing of
majority-minority districts (congressional and state legislative).  Does
teh DOJ keep the roster so it can monitor their performance?  Does anyone?
