[EL] Query re Britain/Wales; Canada, Germany and France

A good MLK day to all.

I am doing a short paper about the practice of these other countries
regarding political activity by charities and non-charitable nonprofits.  I
am including a brief description of their campaign finance rules to put the
nonprofit rules in context.  I have found Library of Congress material on
Germany and France and have other sources discussing Canada and the U.K.,
but if there are those on the list with expertise on these matters with
whom I might consult, I would very much appreciate it.
