[EL] What exactly is in that California water?

Just saw this, a California-based political consultant apparently arrested
on explosives charges:

Coming on top of the Yee vote totals, it does make one wonder what is in the

indictment on gun charges and withdrawal from the race.

The question is which Secretary of State candidates will poll worse that
Yee?

And what does this say about the state of CA democracy, especially in a low
turnout race?
