[EL] Ohio SOS removes Libertarian candidates from statewide ballot

Nice to see that the Ohio elections division hired a neutral party like Brad Smith to rule on the question of whether Ohio Republicans were trying to keep third parties off of the ballot. Was Jim Bopp not available?
