[EL] DC Mayoral shadow campaign charging document posted

The charging document against Jeffrey Thompson, accused of illegally
spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local and federal
candidates (including several current mayoral candidates), has been issued
and posted online here:

A plea agreement is expected to be announced shortly.
