Marty,
Great article! I noticed there's no link to the Bork/Easterbrook amicus
brief in *Buckley*. Alas, it is rather difficult to locate, and I know Rick
has noted its absence on Westlaw and Lexis in a footnote in one of his
articles.
Joel Gora was kind enough to photocopy his copy of the brief for me about a
year ago. If anyone's interested, I've scanned this copy and uploaded it to
Scribd:

Not the best scan, but I believe it's completely legible.
It is a great read, and I hope it ends up on Westlaw and Lexis eventually.
I've tried providing this copy to research attorneys at Westlaw but email
addresses they provided to send them pdfs always bounce back, and my
patience quickly ran out.
