Dane County (basically, Madison, WI) is using You Tube to try to reach 
younger voters as well as to explain its new voting equipment (link 
below). I assume there are many similar efforts floating around out 
there. Does anyone know if they have been collected anywhere? 
Specifically, I am looking for low cost, potentially high-impact, 
non-partisan voter information/outreach efforts geared toward younger 
voters. Off list replies appreciated. Thanks.
