I'm looking for any studies considering false speech claims filed before
the Ohio Elections Commission. What percentage lead to probable cause
findings or more? Does this break down on party lines? How are probable
cause findings used in campaigns? Do broadcast outlets remove ads for
which there has been a probable cause finding or more?
I'd appreciate any leads. I have not yet gone through the amicus briefs
in the /Susan B. Anthony/ case so perhaps there is something there.
Thanks!
Rick
