[EL] The X factor in #NHSen?

It would be nice if the daily caller, which originated this story 
(http://dailycaller.com/2014/11/03/bombshell-memo-jeanne-shaheen-conspired-with-white-house-insider-on-irs-targeting-scandal/) 
posted the actual email they call a "bombshell" but describe in much 
more mundane terms.
