[EL] looking for a 1995 CRS report

I'm trying to locate a copy of a 1995 CRS report by Joseph Cantor entitled "Campaign Financing In Federal Elections: A Guide to the Law and its Operation."  I believe the report # is 95-1145.  Unfortunately, the report does not seem to be available anywhere online.  If anyone has the report and would be willing to scan and send me a copy, I'd be grateful.  Many thanks, David
