[EL] Federal election results and turnout by city, not county

We compiled these data for the 2008 election for cities in a large number of states for this paper: http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2491699

We are happy to share this data with those who are interested. I know of no similar information for more recent elections.
