[EL] impact of new voting laws

Earlier in this exchange Rick wrote: "Just asking the question in the heading and being suggestive is enough for those who are predisposed to believe voter suppression has rampant effects to run with it." I think that the sentence above (and its sentiment) is what is likely to cause confusion. It's a sensational response to misreading something as sensational. The post by Wendy clearly said that more research was needed. I don't see that she unfairly fanned the flames.
