[EL] Butler and the EAC

[Mark Schmitt]

Is the implication of "Meet the new nominee, same as the old nominee" meant
to be that a background in campaigns and at Media Matters is comparable to
a background at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School?

If so, that seems like a profound misunderstanding of the two organizations.

Or is it just that neither Perez nor Butler has election-administration
experience?
