The Libertarian Party of Virginia has a US District Court lawsuit attacking the Virginia law that says parties that got 10% of the vote in the last election always get the top spots on the ballot. The party is hoping to find someone who can testify that ballot order in the general election is affected by ballot position of the candidate. Unfortunately the party is expected to name the potential witness by the end of today. The witness could be paid. Does anyone feel interested, or can anyone suggest someone?
