[EL] Truth in Politics law proposed in ND

The issue of having the government regulate political statements for their
truthfulness has been discussed here on occasion, I thought the group might
be interested in a story out of North Dakota, where the Democratic U.S.
Senate candidate has promised to introduce such legislation if he is
elected:
