This just came across the FB feed.

It checks your Facebook friends, tries to match them as close as possible to the Oregon voter file, and then gives you a list of your friends who have not yet voted.

Crowd sourced voter mobilization. Interesting but feels a bit sketchy to me. I sure wouldn't do it and hope folks on my friends list don't start auto generating emails to me.
