[EL] Question on photos in polling places

Hi there --

I'm doing a piece on whether you can take a picture in your polling place.
(Average citizens, rather than media)

I saw this (http://www.dmlp.org/state-law-documenting-vote-2012), but
wanted to get into a bit more.

If any of you have studied this issue and have thoughts about why there are
these rules prohibiting photographs at polling places, whether the rules
should be changed, etc, would love to hear from you. Thanks!
