"Reform Conservatives" may get their wish for 2016. The next presidential
election may be nothing more than a debate as to whether America should
build-out the administrative state for "social justice" or "prudently
manage" this administrative state to further "compassion."

(I can tell you, now, who usually wins a debate of that kind).
