Just an additional note -- in her oral remarks in April 2013, in  answer to 
a question, Raman also said: "We are focusing on 501(c)(4)s that are 
involved in  coordination issues".  
A point I emphasize in  all my training sessions about coordinated 
communications to explain "Why This  Matters to You."
