No. Rick is still missing the point.

CLC isn't following 'the spirit of the law,' and who could blame them.

If the hand-tied and partisan Failure to Enforce Commission would only get
serious about who is truly influencing politics, CLC, I am sure, would be
happy to abide by 'meaningful disclosure.'

Until then, CLC cannot be expected to 'unilaterally disarm' on matters of
'dark money.'

(Have I been marinating too long in reform press releases?)
