[EL] does anyone know what is status of federal case against Ohio law against saying something untrue about a candidate or ballot measure?

I know the US Supreme Court remanded the Driehaus case on the Ohio law that makes it illegal to make untrue statements, and I wonder what is the status of the case now?  I assume it's back in US District Court.  Thank you. Richard Winger
