Howdy all.

Just joined the list, via noticing it mentioned in a footnote in Prof.
Hasen's article "Chill Out: A Qualified Defense of Campaign Finance
Disclosure Laws in the Internet Age".

As an opening contribution: FEC REG 2015-03 — see

on the FEC agenda for tomorrow. Hopefully it should get approved for
NOA pro forma (i.e. without last month's … whatever that was).

My understanding is that the official @fec.gov comments email should
go up either Friday or sometime early next week.

I'd welcome feedback, official or otherwise.

And no, I'm not a lawyer, though I am applying for law school in the
next couple months and would appreciate suggestions on where might be
a good fit. (My interests are mainly civil rights, political,
administrative, & disability law, and appellate litigation, with no
particular geographic ties.)
