[EL] Trump 3rd party run

Assuming this isn't bluster (which, I concede, is a major, major
assumption), I wonder how many states would try to enforce their "sore
loser" laws against Trump as Michigan did for Gary Johnson, who'd obtained
ballot access as a Republican for the 2012 primary before being excluded
from the general election ballot after being nominated as the Libertarian
candidate. To the extent Trump secures widespread ballot access as a
Republican for the 2016 primaries, I imagine the brief Sixth Circuit opinion
<http://www.ca6.uscourts.gov/opinions.pdf/13a0121p-06.pdf> in *Libertarian
Party v. Johnson *becomes rather significant in the event (yes, major
assumption) of a third-party run.
