[EL] "Natalia Burzynski" from Judge Wood's Crawford dissent

In her dissent from the denial of rehearing en banc, Judge Wood wrote,
"Even if only a single citizen is deprived completely of her right to
vote-perhaps by a law preventing anyone named Natalia Burzynski from voting
without showing 10 pieces of photo identification-this is still a “severe”
injury for that particular individual."

Does anyone know who "Natalia Burzynski" is?  Did Judge Wood just make up a
name?  Google has failed to find me an adequate answer.
