AO from pro-Sanders SuperPAC wanting to use 'Bernie' in comms; denied 6-0:

Pro-Huckabee SuperPAC sued:

Lost at PI:

FWIW, current SuperPAC / candidate name conflicts:

(Google Spreadsheets format, no download required)

(TSV = tab separated value format, open in any spreadsheet program)

I'm still interested in making a PFR (*not* AOR) to revise the naming
rule, since it's both under & over inclusive right now.

If you're interested in collaborating, please LMK. I'd like it to be
presented by a coalition of "pro-disclosure" & "pro-speech" groups,
since I think that has the best chance at success, and there's good
middle ground to be had`.

Sincerely,
Sai
