Heritage Foundation Scholar Hans Von Spakovski argues in the conservative
press here that all Department of Justice Civil Rights Division decisions
and litigation since March 2015 may be void:

The Civil Rights Division (and the Voting Rights Section in particular) has
to its credit some exceptional accomplishments since March 2015.
The Trump Administration may try to use this as an excuse to undo as much
of these accomplishments as they can.
1) Should Obama's lame duck DoJ take this seriously?
2) How about this as part of a strategy?: a recess appointment of someone
else to head the Civil Rights Division for the two weeks immediately
preceding Trump's inauguration who could try to retroactively ratify as
much of what transpired since March 2015 as humanly possible.
All The Best!
