[EL] Mississippi Secretary of State will ask US Supreme Court to stay Mississippi Supreme Court order today

After I wrote that blog post (which has a link to the Mississippi Supreme Court's excellent opinion) the Secretary of State says he will ask the US Supreme Court for a stay.  The Mississippi primary is March 8.
