[EL] 12th Amendment Election in 2016?

A friend passed this along regarding the possibility of the 2016 presidential election being tossed into Congress by a third-party, thought it might be of interest to the list. https://olddominionlibertarian.wordpress.com/2016/01/14/how-the-constitution-could-let-the-house-stop-both-clinton-and-trump/

 

Thought the author is a libertarian, he notes (accurately) that the scenario could just as easily play out with Webb, Bloomberg, Romney, etc.
