[EL] Abner Mikva

[Rob Richie]

I thought people might be interested in this short blog on Judge Mikva's
leadership in supporting the return of cumulative voting to Illinois, an
enterprise that attracted support from the likes of former Republican
governor Jim Edgar and then-state senator Barack Obama. See
