Hi all:

This is a second request for contributors to write entries for the
 ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MONEY IN AMERICAN POLITICS.  I still have more than 100
good essays looking for authors.

Here is my original announcement.

I have been asked by ABC-CLIO to edit he first edition of the ENCYCLOPEDIA
OF MONEY IN AMERICAN POLITICS.  I am looking for individuals willing to
write entries for the Encyclopedia.

The ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MONEY IN AMERICAN POLITICS is aimed at students,
general readers, and perhaps experts in the field who wish to know about
the role of money in politics.  It will cover major issues, personalities,
organizations, court cases, and other controversies surrounding the role of
money in American politics, especially into the 21st century.  The goal is
to present an objective collection of entries that cover a range of
topics.  Each of the essays should focus on the issues of how money is
important to the topic, its relationship to American politics or law, or
simply explaining the significance of the term.

I have prepared a headword list that consists of approximately 200 terms.
The essays range in length from 500-1750 words, with most essays due by
October 3, 2016, although a few affecting the 2016 election not due until
December 1, 2016.  I also have a publisher’s style sheet for the project.

All contributors will have their name attached to the their entries and
will be given free e-book access to the entire ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MONEY IN
AMERICAN POLITICS.  The publisher has given me a small amount of money for
additional  compensation for those writing longer assigned essays or
multiple essays ( four or more), but I confess there is not much money here.

This is a terrific project for those interested in money and politics, and
it is a great quick project for scholars of all level, including graduate
and law students looking for a few quick publication cites to add to their
credentials.  Please forward this announcement to others (or other
listservs) whom or which  you think might be interested.

If you are interested please e-mail and I can send you the headword list,
you can tell me what you want to write, and then we can work from there to
arrange for the style sheets, etc., to be sent.  I will do my best to get
back to you ASAP.
