[EL] Anyone an expert on Congressional pensions following a conviction?

In light of the Congressman Fattah conviction, I have been asked for comment by a couple of local reporters.  I don't know enough to speak as an expert on the subject, but am happy to send the reporters to those who are.  Anyone interested?
