[EL] Cal. Secty of State amends Report of Registration

Because I posted here two days ago that the April 2016 Report of Registration from the California Secretary of State erroneously omitted the Reform Party registration, and registration for two other groups, it is only fair that I now write again to say the error has been corrected.
The Report now deletes data for UCES Clown, Veterans, American Freedom, and Transhumanist (which are obsolete bodies, no longer enjoying that status), and adds the actual political bodies, Reform and Constitution and two others.
Reform has 15,059 registered members, which is not close to the required 60,000 for qualified party status, but a good start.  The requirement must be met by July 11, 2016 for the Reform Party to get back on the ballot.  This could be significant if the anti-Trump Republicans, who are working with the Reform Party, decide to go ahead.
