[EL] Thursday event on language access (Sec 203) best practices

Good morning! 

The US Election Assistance Commission and DFA are hosting an all-day event this Thursday, June 2, at U-MD College Park.  The Summit will focus on language access for voting under the VRA and best practices on ways to translate voting information, recruit bilingual poll workers, and utilize tools for outreach to different communities.
