[EL] Florida suit

What a very strange law, you can fix the problem if you neglect to sign the outside envelope, but if the signature doesn’t match, you’re out of luck.

So does Oregon. So does Washington.  I don’t know the laws in every state, but this strikes me as a very strange distinction to make in Florida law.
